Scott Perrenoud joined the firm in 1997, and has been a full partner since 1999. He represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of industries, including credit card and other banking, real estate development, as well as a wide variety of commercial transactions, including buying and selling businesses. He also assists bank and non-bank lenders in structuring secured loans and in bankruptcy proceedings. With the growing success of the firm's clients, he finds himself increasingly helping business owners in a variety of areas, including business and estate planning. He concentrates his pro bono efforts primarily in the areas of Christian education and other Christian causes and affordable housing. Scott has been a presenter at seminars sponsored by the State Bar and other organizations.
