| James ("Jamie") Simko joined the firm in March 2006. He has a broad range of experience in business transactions and commercial litigation matters. He represents clients in variety of matters relating to contracts and contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property concerns. Recently, Jamie has helped clients select and form business entities, obtain licenses, register trademarks, buy and sell real estate, buy and sell businesses, negotiate contracts, and has provided counsel on regulatory and compliance issues. He has appeared in federal and state courts, administrative hearings, and arbitration and mediation. |
